If you can swim and are 10 years or above come and have a go at ROOKIE LIFEGUARD

The aim of the scheme is to:

• Teach lifesaving skills

• Increase swimming competence

• Develop survival skills in water

• Develop initiative and judgement

• Develop team work and leadership

• and most importantly BE FUN

What do I need to bring?

Swimwear, Towels, hats etc...

Loose fitting shorts & T-Shirt (To be worn in the water)
