Development 2 and 3 Training
DEVELOPMENT 2 – Swimmers, who are able to swim all the four major strokes maintaining technique over at least 100m distance. Emphasis on stroke technique, stamina as well as competitive starts and turns. Swimmers learn different drills and training techniques. Competition is encouraged but not compulsory.DEVELOPMENT 3- Swimmers who are aiming for our top training group and increasing their training commitment through the year. Regular competition is important and swimmers are chosing competitive swimming as their main sport.
