APPLICATION FORM

Modules 201-20 4are generic for Water-polo, Synchronised Swimming, Diving and Swim Teaching. (Modules 205-8 are sports specific. )

Course cost- Dh2700 Dhs including log book and text book. ASA awarding body fee- 93 pounds sterling. This can be as a UK cheque or AED cash approx Dh550 with course payment.
