Lesley leads a team of qualified and experienced teachers and coaches.

About the team
All teachers on the poolside hold at least an ASA/UKCC Level 1 Teacher of Aquatics. Many are also either PE or Classroom teachers and hold Level 2 or above. All staff in any venue are mentored by the lead teacher and are encouraged to attend professional updates throughout the year. We aim to move staff between venues where possible to get different teaching experience and give Speedo Swim Squads the best teaching and coaching staff in the UAE.
